About The Show

Welcome to King and Cruz Podcast, where real, relevant, and resilient stories come to life, inspiring hope- one episode at a time. King and Cruz have endured heartbreak and overcome many devasting obstacles along the way so, we get it. We also learned that you can’t take it all so seriously.

Our podcast is focused on empowering individuals and society to effect change. Each episode is carefully planned to tackle thought-provoking, often times controversial topics people are struggling with out there. From mental health to social justice, we confront the most pressing issues of today while ensuring a safe space for you to share your story. Our goal is to enlighten, educate, and motivate you to meet your best life and help others realize the same.

However, we aren’t just about the heavy and self-improvement, all the time! We throw in lifehacks and entertaining conversations along the way, laughing hardest at ourselves. So, leave the front at the door and join us for education, connection and inspiration you’ve needed. We are walking together on the way to our best selves! King and Cruz are about empowerment through real relatable, and unfiltered truth, one episode at a time. YOU are NOT alone!
